This is a full-time, permanent staff position that reports directly to and works under the supervision of the Operations/Facilities Manager and is responsible for: accurate and timely order fulfillment, mailing and distribution activities for multiple organizations including (but not limited to) picking, packing, shipping, and the related paperwork; assembly and dubbing tasks to fill customer orders in a timely fashion; receiving activities for multiple companies as well as timely posting and notification of receipts; periodic physical inventory counts; ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times; maintaining warehouse filing; and other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent staff position that reports directly to and works under the supervision of the Controller and is responsible for the following: process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly payroll; oversee and perform collection efforts; compile both financial and human resources reports, maintain various tracking mechanisms; coordinate daily human resources activities; perform various monthly reconciliations; serve as customer service back-up; assist with annual audit preparations; and perform other business office tasks as needed for multiple companies. This is a full-time, permanent staff position that reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for: agency administrative and customer account/sales assistance activities to include (but not limited to) answering phone inquiries in a concise, positive, and professional manner; calling on present customers and seeking out potential customers to facilitate sales; processing customer orders; data entry for applicable outside distribution/reseller arrangements; processing and entry of accounting data; general agency wide administrative duties; and other related duties. Individual must be highly motivated, possessing excellent phone and organizational skills, 3+ years experience in customer service/sales, and PC proficiencies specifically in Microsoft Office products required.
