Inside/Out

Designed to help children understand and cope with their emotions. Using dramatizations and documentaries, the series deals with social, emotional, and physical problems. The purpose of Inside/Out is to help young people achieve and maintain well-being by developing life-coping skills that can serve throughout adult life.
