Hosts for this series and authors Dr. Lisa and Harry Webne-Behrman have conducted in-service training for hundreds of school districts with their effective, yet simple, five-step peer mediation/conflict resolution program. They have written five training manuals and have been sharing their unique insights and proven methodologies with educators for well over a decade. Accompanied by a facilitator's guide, this video set is intended to be used to train teachers to be effective administrators of a peer mediation program, and students to become effective mediators.
