The School Package consists of six 15-minute student programs, one 25-minute utilization program, a 48-page teacher's guide, a 36-page facilitator's guide, and a 24-page peer helper handbook.

Who Are You?
Shows how thoughts, feelings, and successful experiences can affect a child's self-concept, and how self-concept affects the decisions children make. (14:54)

My Choice
Demonstrates that a decision-making process that is learned well and used wisely can be an important tool for resolving personal health issues. (14:49)

The Real Me
Shows how family values and support combined with refusal skills can help children cope with negative peer pressure. (14:25)

I Do Care
Dramatizes the importance of adhering to the rules; respecting the needs, feelings, ideas, and environment of others; and taking responsibility for behavior. (14:00)

My Family, My Self
Presents dramatic evidence of the influence of family members on each other and strategies for strengthening family bonds. (14:00)

I Don't Buy It
Humorously demonstrates the way commercials and ads can influence children's ideas, values, and behavior, and helps viewers "break through to the truth." (14:48)

Teaching Just for Me

The teacher's training video uses real classroom sequences to present the rationale for the project, demonstrate the use of the different components (including the peer helper component), and suggest strategies for implementing the parent component. (26:04)
