Shipping Charges

Product prices listed throughout the catalog do not include shipping and handling charges. A fee for standard shipping will be added to your order total for your review before you submit your order. For details on priority shipping, please call AIT Customer Service at 800-457-4509.

30-Day Risk Free Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to AIT. All orders returned after 30 days of invoice are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders may not be returned after 90 days.

Return Procedure

Before returning any product, you must call AIT Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please indicate this RAN on your shipping labels. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or purchase order and must be returned in salable condition, shipped prepaid, and insured for the full purchase price.
