Ruth E. Blankenbaker has been Executive Director of the Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration, CILC, since its inception in 1994. She is also an Advisory Council Member for Internet K20 (since 2004) and has served as President of the Indiana Computer Educators and as a Board member of the International Society of Technology Educators.
Bernice Stafford, Vice President of School Strategies and Evaluation at PLATO Learning, Inc., was a Lightspan, Inc., co-founder. She moved to PLATO in November 2003 when Lightspan was acquired. Before joining Lightspan in fall 1993, she was Director of Sales Programs for Jostens Learning Corporation. Prior to Jostens Learning, she was a marketing executive for the Tandy Corporation/Radio Shack Education Division.
Dr. Marie Wilson is Associate Director and Chief Program Officer of the Georgia Council on Economic Education, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her primary responsibilities include grant writing, program development, administration, and teacher education for this statewide business and education partnership with its network of 12 university-based Centers.
George Wright currently pursues life as an independent businessman providing consulting services to education, business, and government. Previous to his return to private business in late spring of 2005, George held the post of Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer for Magic Lantern Group, Inc., a public company operating in Canada and internationally to distribute learning video to institutional education and public broadcasting.
