Tom Shortt is Assistant Superintendent for Accountability for the Virginia Department of Education and former principal of Atlee High School in Hanover County, VA.

Yvonne Thayer is a policy analyst for the Virginia Department of Education and former assistant superintendent for instruction services in the Gloucester (VA) County Schools.
